System 1900/65A

System 1900/65A  - 8 channel auxiliary equipment vibration monitoring device, which is designed for continuous monitoring and protection of equipment. The low cost 1900/65A system is the ideal solution for any general purpose equipment and process control that requires constant monitoring and protection.

The System 1900/65 unit has four velocity inputs and four temperature inputs. Each input is software configurable to support 2-wire and 3-wire acceleration sensors, speed sensors, or proximity sensors. Each temperature input supports Types E, J, K, and T thermocouples as well as 2- or 3-wire RTDs.
System 1900/65A has six relay outputs.

The system can be configured so that these relay contacts close or open according to the OK, Alarm, and Danger signal states of any channel or combination of channels.
A system of accelerometers and a 1900 controller can analyze the vibration spectrum, measure its overall level. Thus, it will be possible not only to emergency stop the machine due to vibration, but also to issue warning signals long before (up to 1-2 months) before the machine stops. a defect has begun to develop and diagnostics are required to determine it, followed by intervention to prevent an emergency stop. Accordingly, with a small additional investment, the customer will be able to service the unit much smarter and more economically, and the pump supplier during the warranty period will be able to know in advance about an emerging problem and take measures so as not to run into expensive repairs. In addition, 4 thermometers can be connected to the 1900 controller and this information can be transmitted to the process control system via ModBus, reducing the number of wires. Temperature data can also be included in the operation logic of the installations.

2300/20 Series Monitoring System

This system has two control and protection channels and provides continuous monitoring of auxiliary equipment (blowers, pumps, exhausters). The channel polling rate is 100 ms. This system works with two-wire ICP sensors, accelerometers and keyphasors. The system has Modbus TCR buffer outputs, output to the Sistem 1 system, outputs to 4-20 mA sensors. Input channels include vibration acceleration sensors, rotation measurement, phase measurement. This system is easily configured, equipped with an LCD display, LED indicators. The system collects, displays and transmits to the Sistem 1 system, to the ACS system in real time. The 2300/25 system can be used with the SPA Trendmaster line interface.
